Hochelaga Homes is a development of 27 townhouse condominiums which is in the process of transforming from being rental development to being one which is owner-occupied.

There are three properties which may be available for rent; units 32, 28 and 26. 

 

Hochelaga Homes’ preference is to sell these properties and priority will be given to offers to purchase (including the rent to own program).

 

Hochelaga Homes will also consider offers to rent in reference to these three units.  Rent starts at $2,750.00 per month with the tenant responsible for utilities.
